Right of Return

Customers are entitled to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return request is approved, we'll provide the return address along with instructions for shipping the item back. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return - unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and labels, to be eligible for a refund.

Tracking number

Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse with a tracking number for verification purpose.

Proof of purchase

Include a receipt or proof op purchase with your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the costs and assuming the risks associated with return shipping, and please not that that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Non-Eligible Returns

Products that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete are not eligible for return.

Only items returned to one of our designated warehouses are eligible for a refund, items send to intermediary shipping facilities will not qualify for a refund.
